Many of our supply staff choose to exclusively work for Celsian Education through our Guaranteed Pay Scheme. The scheme allows our staff to have the flexibility of working on a supply basis but the security of working every day they are available.
We are that confident that we can find our Guaranteed Pay candidates work every day they are available that, if we don’t, we will still pay them for a day's work. Supply staff on our Guaranteed Pay Scheme are happy to work in any educational setting - whether it be a long-term booking providing maternity cover, or day-to-day cover in a variety of schools.
