In preparation for the Agency Workers Regulations (AWR) that came into effect on the 1st October, Celsian Education has been taking the necessary steps to ensure it is fully compliant with the current legislation.
Our focus has been around implementing changes to our existing systems and processes to automate a significant part of the burden of the Agency Workers Regulations compliance, for our schools and candidates. In addition to this, the other key elements have been to keep schools and candidates fully informed through a series of communications. This has ensured a smooth transition from where we were to when the Agency Workers Regulations came into effect.
Our revised systems and processes, from registration to pay & bill, will provide increased visibility to our schools and candidates of when temporary workers have reached the qualifying period. This will provide peace of mind that we will ease the compliance burden of the Agency Workers Regulations for our schools, proving that we are the right agency to partner with.
If you have any concerns regarding the Agency Workers Regulations, or require any assistance with how they may impact your business, then please call Celsian Education on 0845 606 0676.
We would also like to invite you to attend Impellam’s (Celsian Education’s parent company) Agency Workers Regulations LinkedIn Group which is supported by our specialist in-house AWR team.
