Recruitment Process

nursery, academy or specialist centre. We cover all phases of education and can provide staffing solutions from hourly and daily supply to permanent or interim assignments.  
 
At Celsian Education, we adhere to a code of practice which guarantees that our recruitment process includes:
  • An initial pre-screen via telephone
  • A competency based face-to-face interview with a phase specialist consultant
  • Qualification, skills and experience checks (comparability also obtained for overseas trained applicants)
  • Two years of references (including the most recent employer)
  • An Enhanced Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) check
  • Protection of Children Act List (POCAL) check
  • List 99 check
  • Personal identification and proof of right to work confirmation check
Our Business Support Team ensure that our recruitment standards are maintained to the highest possible standards and audit our branches twice annually to ensure 100% compliance is achieved.
