Sheffield Springs Academy has been working with Celsian Education since the start of September 2020. We have had an absolutely mad start to the year with a ridiculously high level of staff absence. Our dedicated consultant, Ben, has worked very well with me to ensure that we have had top quality supply teachers in to support us. Despite the chaos, Ben has worked very hard and hasn’t let me down despite me inundating him with calls and emails throughout the day and even over the weekend.

The candidates sent in have been top quality, the fact that we are keeping two in long term is a testament to this fact. We have built up a great working relationship and the support that Ben has offered me has been vitally important in ensuring the smooth running of the school and has allowed me to crack on, knowing that the supply side of things is covered.

As a school, Broadgate uses Celsian regularly to source members of staff to replace both planned and unplanned absence of our school staff, and we continue to use their services as the educators they provide work well within our school setting. At Broadgate, we were fortunate enough to be allocated Sam as our primary consultant, and have always found her to be friendly, welcoming and (most importantly!) highly efficient.

There have been times when phone-calls have been made less than an hour before a member of staff has been needed, and somehow Sam has always managed to deliver, sending members of staff to our school to be in place before the children walk through the door.
