This is an extremely rewarding job which consists of planning and delivering lessons to your own KS1 class and insuring that excellent academic progress is being made all year round. You will be responsible for planning unforgettable lessons and prepare teaching materials that will ensure the children have an exceptional time learning and progress in the correct way leaving you feeling extremely satisfied. You will also need to mark and assess children's work providing the correct feedback and additional ways to help children who may be falling behind and even discuss children's progress with parents and carers. As well as that you will need to organise outings, social activities and sports events leaving you feeling captivated by the delight seen on the childrens faces. Not only are you making an impression with the children but you will also be working with other professionals like education psychologists and social workers making you feel liberated as you learn even more about the education system.
