Science Teacher

We are looking to appoint an experienced science teacher from September 2017 to maintain a high standard of teaching, inspire the students and continue to drive up performance within a Wolverhampton based secondary school.
This 11 - 18 Academy in Wolverhampton is a vibrant school, gaining rapidly in popularity amongst parents and students. The Academy has recently been assessed by the Local Authority as being ideal for expansion, based on popularity (number of first choices by parents), site, standards and leadership.
Staff share in the philosophy of 'Strong Alone, Unstoppable Together' and have an excellent and inspiring approach to the school community.
Staff development is a priority and staff are empowered to continue their own
learning. Building a strong staff who are encouraged to aim high in their own
careers, they equip their staff to unclip the wings of every child and promote excellence in all areas.
You will need to be resourceful and innovative in your teaching approach and be able to teaching all aspects of science at KS3 and KS4. The position is full time to start September 2017.
Salary: £100 - £180 per day
Science Specialists must hold a UK recognised teaching qualification, i.e. BSc QTS, BA QTS, CERT ED, PGCE, B.Ed, etc
