Celsian Education are looking to recruit an Experienced SEN Teacher to work on a long term basis at a specialist school in Leicester.

The position for a special needs teacher will be temporary in the first instance, working in KS2, but the successful teacher will need to be flexible as pupil numbers fluctuate in different classes.

The school is looking for a Special Needs teacher or a well-qualified teacher of primary with significant SEN teaching experience.

You must be able to differentiate and adapt lessons accordingly. Due to the specific needs of the pupils in the school, you must -

* Have QTS and experience teaching Special Educational Needs
* Have solid experience of working within a specialist school
* Be able to communicate non-verbally using PECS
* Ideally be Team-Teach trained This role will initially be a temporary supply position covering sickness, however there is potential for this to extend.
