Celsian Education are currently recruiting for specialist Behaviour Support Teaching Assistants across all key stages to support pupils with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties. We currently have roles in Mainstream Primary Schools located in and around the City Centre.
You will be required to provide small group or 1:1 support These supply placements available are long term and permanent; allowing you the opportunity to obtain flexible work that is tailored to suit your individual requirements.
To liaise with classroom teachers and help to prepare, plan and implement activities based on national curriculum
To promote an innovative approach in accessing the national Curriculum or other approved course of study
To monitor pupil's responses to learning activities and undertake pupil record keeping as requested
You must have experience in working in the childcare sector and have a the ability to build strong relationships with pupils in a short space of time. A Teaching Assistant Qualification would be desirable but not essential.
