We are looking to appoint an experienced science teacher for a Shropshire based secondary school from September 2017.
This 11-16 'good' Osfted rated co- educational secondary school is set within idyllic rural surroundings and currently has just over 1,000 students on roll. The school are going through an exciting and ongoing period of growth with fantastic opportunities for learning continuously being developed, not least in their new £8 million building. They are a firm believer that all their students are able to succeed and reach their full potential and are given the right care, support and guidance to bring out the best in each of them. Staff at this school have high expectations coupled with drive, commitment and passion to help their students succeed.
You will need to be resourceful and innovative in your teaching approach and be able to teaching all aspects of sciences at KS3 and KS4. The position is full time to start September 2017.
Salary: £110 - £180 per day
Science Specialists must hold a UK recognised teaching qualification, i.e. BSc QTS, BA QTS, CERT ED, PGCE, B.Ed, etc
