As a SEN English Teacher you will be pleased to know that their focus is on learning and progression. Their aim is to work with the whole person in helping them grow in self-confidence, develop resilience and discover strategies to manage their behaviour and social interaction.
The ideal SEN English Teacher candidate will have has 2 years' teaching experience and worked with SEN pupils before. The school wants to meet applicants who have an adaptable teaching style and a positivity and optimism about them.
As a SEN English Teacher you should have a creative flair in your methods and a commitment to deliver effective and enjoyable lessons. The perfect SEN English Teacher candidate will be able to use their passion to deliver stimulating lessons and affect the motivation of those around them for the better.
