SEND Learning Support Assistant Are you a passionate Learning support assistant looking for an exciting new role?

Do you want to work in a school or centre who's got great ethos, and as a team are dedicated to the learning and development of the children? The successful LSA will be working with children of mixed abilities. It is essential that you have good working knowledge of how to deal with challenging behaviour working within schools who deal with SEMH, EBD and autistic children. However it's also how to create positive working atmosphere for the children who really need it. To be considered for this position you must have:

  • Experience of working in a Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2 setting
  • You need to be innovative and have a creative approach to teaching to help engage the students
