Do you have experience of dealing with challenging behaviour?

Would you be interested in supporting young people with social, emotional and mental health issues?

We are seeking candidates of an extremely high calibre to work within a setting dedicated to supporting and educating pupils who display challenging behaviour.

Many of the students you support are dealing with difficult situations at home or have mental health issues which influence their behaviour so it is vital that you have a patient, supportive and proactive approach.

Within this role you may be asked to support small classes, dealing with the general behaviour with the class or to support a specific pupil on a one to one basis.

You must be calm, effective and supportive.

Positive handling training will be provided by Celsian for successful candidates. Celsian have a number of similar roles and would be happy to hear from you if you think you would be a suitable candidate.
