This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic NQT or an ambitious experienced teacher seeking to develop their career in a successful and highly supportive environment. You will be teaching throughout the ability and age range to KS5 (it's a MUST that you possess the ability to teach KS5).

You will be required to develop, plan and deliver effective and high quality learning experiences to all students. You must be an experienced or aspirational professional who is enthusiastic, influential and committed to working in pursuit of success for the students.

In addition the successful candidate should:

- Be an outstanding classroom practitioner
- Be innovative and able to turn ideas and opportunities into successful practice to enhance learning
- Have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish strong relationships with all stakeholders and enthuse students
- Be a team player, self-motivated and committed to further professional development
You will be paid to scale from day one for this post (to M6).
