An inner city Academy in Leeds are looking for a Science Teacher to join their school for long term cover to start ASAP, paying £120 - £172 per day (I.e. to scale). It could be that the job becomes permanent.

It will be KS3 - KS4 General Science, but if you had more of a bias towards Physics, this would be great.

About You:

You will be a successful and ambitious teacher who is used to planning and delivering high quality lessons, will have experience in delivering the curriculum in your chosen area and will be a strong communicator with the ability to embrace change and motivate colleagues and students.

The successful candidate will be required to teach at Key Stages 3 and 4. You must hold QTS/QTLS or equivalent.

In order to be considered for this role you must be:

- passionate about teaching your subject - creative and enthusiastic - a team player within the department - aspirational of your students and yourself a - confident with IT skills - adept at communicating at all levels
