Celsian Education are looking to recruit a Mathematics Teacher to take on a long-term role at one of our Key Stage 3 - 5 schools in the South West Leicestershire area, paying between £117.52 - £173.46.
The timetable will consist of both GCSE and A-Level Maths, however the majority of which will be at KS3 to 4. The role will include planning, marking, parents evenings and are also encourage to get involved with extra circular activities.
The last Ofsted inspection rate the school "Good" with the 2016/17 GCSE results being the best overall that the school had attained within the last 5 years. The school have a welcoming environment among their team and are very supportive of all teaching and support staff.
The successful candidate will be an outstanding teacher who holds QTS. In order to be considered for this role you must:
Have a strong knowledge of the subject
Be able to plan and mark up to KS5
Willingness to be versatile across other subjects if needed
Be able to create a positive learning environment
Be eligible to work in the UK
Be a qualified to teach Secondary (QTS/QTLS)
Possess valid references, DBS/police checks
