Celsian Education are looking to recruit Science teacher specialising in any discipline to take on a long-term role at one of our Key Stage 3 to 5 schools in the Leicestershire area, paying between £117.52 - £173.46.
The timetable will involve teaching Science at KS3 & 4, experience teaching up to A-Level is desirable but not essential. The role will include planning, marking, parents evenings.
The last Ofsted inspection rate the school " satisfactory" however the school have pledged to aim to achieve "outstanding" on their next Ofsted and are committed to supporting their staff to ensure this happens.
About You
The successful candidate will be a teacher who holds QTS/QTLS. In order to be considered for this role you must:
Have a good general knowledge across the Science dept.
Have a specialism across Physics/Chemistry/Biology.
Be able to create a positive learning environment
Be eligible to work in the UK
Be a qualified to teach Secondary (QTS/QTLS)
Have proven experience teaching the KS3/4 Curriculum
Possess valid references, DBS/police checks
