Celsian Education are looking to recruit a Girls PE Teacher to take on a long-term role starting 23rd October 2017 expecting to last until June 2018 at one of our Key Stage 3-4 schools in the Leicestershire area, paying between £117.52 - £173.46.
The timetable will be made up of both practical and classroom based PE up to KS4 (GCSE). The role will include teaching responsibilities such as planning, marking, parents evenings etc.
The last Ofsted inspection rate the school "Good", and the Physical Education department in particular achieved very respectable grades from their 2016-17 GCSEs classes.
About You
The successful candidate will be a teacher who holds QTS/QTLS. In order to be considered for this role you must:
Have a good knowledge up to KS4 PE.
Be able to conduct both classroom based and practical lessons.
Have as a minimum 6 months teaching experience teaching the UK national curriculum.
Be able to create a positive learning environment.
Be eligible to work in the UK.
Be a qualified to teach Secondary (QTS/QTLS).
Possess valid references, DBS/police checks.
