Are you looking for a role where you can work flexible hours on a week to week basis in a school setting? Celsian Education are currently looking to recruit for SEN Teaching Assistants to work on a supply basis in the following areas:- Rochdale- Oldham- North Manchester

The schools Celsian Education work with cater for children who have special educational needs & disabilities whether it is in a special school or mainstream school. Candidates will be able to demonstrate good knowledge of SEND and have recently worked with SEND within the last 2 years. Applicants from other backgrounds such as residential will be considered for this position also, but school experience is desirable.

Suitable candidates will have the following:- Knowledge on SEND such as Autism, EBD, SEMH and many more- Relevant experience supporting pupils with SEND- Qualifications such as NVQ/CACHE/Diploma that are relevant e.g. Level 2 Teaching Assistant (Qualifications are desirable)- Understanding of child protection and safeguarding - Able to adapt to change quickly and effectively - Resilient- not easily offended
