Do you have significant knowledge and experience of working with children with autism or profound and complex needs? Are you passionate about inclusion and strongly committed to promoting equality?A vibrant and caring SEN school in Derbyshire are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, engaging and creative ASD teacher for January 2018. The position is temporary however may change to a permanent post for the successful applicant.The school strives to be inclusive and nurtures a philosophy of diversity within both the primary and secondary phases. The successful candidate will be joining a happy SEN school on their journey from good to outstanding.The successful applicant should hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and have experience of working with children with ASD or profound and complex needs within a school setting. Knowledge of SCERTs approach would be desirable but is not essential.
