Celsian Education are looking for learning support assistants in the Derby/shire area from January 2019 on both day to day and on a long term basis.
Working on supply can offer an ideal situation for individuals that may want to work around an existing part time job, or have other commitments that limit their availability. We have daily, weekly and full term placements available and excellent rates of pay for the ideal candidate.
We are working in partnership with a range of SEN schools and academies that are consistently praised by Ofsted. You will receive support from all members of the department and the leadership team, who are committed to creating a happy and safe learning environment where students can thrive.
To be considered for the role, you must:
- Be passionate about supporting children with special educational needs.
- Have an enthusiasm for learning and the ability to enthuse and motivate students.
A working knowledge of ASD / SEN learning needs and interventions would be beneficial however the successful teacher will be well supported with training opportunities to develop and grow professionally.
