Celsian are looking for an inspiring, innovative and creative supply Teacher to teach KS3-KS4 English. This starts straight away and is expected to be on a longer term basis, likely to be until summer 2018. The post is 4 days a week, and pay will be to scale to MPS6, on calculated daily rate.

The school could be described as heavily oversubscribed and a highly successful 11-18 school. Staff can expect an open and supportive environment, characterised by trust and by honest professional challenge. Staff are rightly the most important asset, therefore exceptional professional development is available to enhance the skills of the staff even further.

The successful candidate will be:

· Ambitious for young people and for themselves· Creative in using new technologies or teaching approaches to help students to learn and progress· Keen to continually develop their practice, sharing what works best with their team· An enthusiastic teacher who can motivate and challenge students- QTS qualified, keen to make a difference, even if on supply/interim basis.
