We require an Inclusion Worker for a full time role starting in February 2018.The ideal candidate must be able to:- Develop professional relationships with students and staff;- Be able to liaise with outside agencies;-Have effective behaviour management and be calm under pressure;-Be able to deliver creative and productive education programmes and lead on these;-Be able to provide a strong positive adult influence;-Provide integration support for partner schools;-Establish good relationships with pupils, acting as a role model and being aware of and responding appropriately to individual needs;-Promote the inclusion and acceptance of all pupils; -Encourage pupils to interact with others and engage in activities led by the teacher-Encourage pupils to act independently as appropriate; -Prepare classroom as directed for lessons and clear afterwards and assist with the display of pupils work;-Be aware of pupil problems/progress/achievements and report to the teacher as agreed.Undertake pupil record keeping as requested.If you meet the above criteria, and are looking for work of this ilk, then please contact Celsian Education, Leeds, and ask for Adam Proud.
