Celsian are looking for people who can work in a secondary school setting in Leeds to provide one to one and small group support with kids who display challenging behaviour.
To work in these positions you will need:
· Ideally minimum of 6 months experience within a relevant setting. This could be within a SEMH school, mainstream school, behaviour role, youth service, YOP or youth groups. · Hold a DBS on the update service or be prepared to carry out a new DBS. · Be able to commit to the full time role, working daily from 8.30am to 3.30 pm. · An ability to support and work within a challenging environment.· To be able to provide disaffected students with a positive role model. Although this type of work is available in mainstream secondaries, Celsian is also able to provide teaching assistant positions in non-mainstream as well.
