Have you recently graduated with a degree in mathematics language / literature and looking for a rewarding role where you can share your passion for Math's?Celsian Education are currently recruiting graduate coaches with a specialism in mathematics to work with a North Birmingham based secondary school. This is a full time position to work on a one-to-one / small group basis supporting and coaching young people to increase their levels and results, which is a great way to gain experience of working with young people and also a fantastic route into teaching in schools. The role will include:Support learning in the classroomWork closely with an individual student or group of students to examine academic concerns and perceive barriers to successHelp pupils in their research and revision Assess students learning style and be able to put learning strategies in placeManage study & homework sessions Scaffold classroom learning and extend upon teachers lessons Report progress to teaching team and monitor dataThis 11 - 18 oversubscribed secondary school are proud to have been awarded Outstanding by Ofsted in their last 2 inspections in all categories.
