Celsian Education - Primary Consultant

Working alongside the highly successful Sheffield team, your role will consist of building strong and trustworthy relationships with school leaders and decision-makers across both existing and potential client schools in South Yorkshire. You'll have a strong ability to build relationships and provide a consultative approach to delivering a first class end-to-end recruitment service to our hiring managers and candidates alike. By using a combination of channels including social media, job boards, headhunting, career events and University liaison you'll be able to attract and recruit the necessary quality and quantity of exceptional talent required to fulfil the temporary staffing needs of our clients. This is a 360 role and will involve candidate generation, interview and compliance process alongside business development and client sales. Your ultimate aim is to provide ongoing and regular teaching and support staff to the schools in South Yorkshire. As a trusted advisor to your schools and candidates, it will be your responsibility to seamlessly guide the schools and candidates through the process from vacancy to placement and beyond.

The ideal candidate will be confident, outgoing and have experience working in the Education Sector, preferably with a proven sales track record but this is not essential.
