Celsian Education are currently looking to recruit a School Administrator to work within a secondary school in the South Oldham area. The role is to start immediately and the duration will be 2 months +. The rate of pay will be between £8.50 and £9.50 an hour, dependent on experience.The ideal candidate will be a well organised person, have excellent general administrative and clerical skills and must have experience of SIMS. The ideal candidate will be available to work full time as soon as possible. General responsibilities and duties will be:· Processing high volumes of data onto SIMS· Liaising with parents and pupils of the school· General administrative duties such as: photocopying, filing, diary management, scanning and filing· Using various Microsoft programmes, in order to: complete spreadsheets, send/manage emails.· Ensuring any visitors sign in and out of the schoolEssential Skills will be: · Previous experience of working as an administrator, within the education sector.· Have good time management skills, in order to prioritise and manage their workload· Experience of working with SIMS · Have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office· Good verbal and written communication skills· Having an eye for detail in order to ensure all data is accurateDesirable skills will be: · Experience of data inputting If you are interested in this role, then please apply with an up to date CV now, or contact Nick Walls on:0161 839 8005Or alternatively email on:
