Celsian Education currently have an excellent opportunity for a Branch Administrator to join their team. On a part time basis, ideally 3 days a week. The purpose of the role is to ensure that there is a constant supply of candidates who meet the criteria and needs of the business and our clients in order that vacancies can be filled within the required time-frames. Your day to day tasks will be: - Developing and increasing the candidate database with newly sourced candidates, in line with quality standards and client expectations- Ensuring candidates are fully vetted with their qualifications and skills to meet the needs of the business- Creating adverts and marketing ideas to build candidate attraction - Managing all compliance requirements & processes for all candidates to ensure they are fully compliant for work - Monitoring competitor activity and local industry trends and report to Branch Manager - Accurately gathering payroll information for processing each week - Dealing with all general telephone enquiries proactively and efficiently - To ensure wide ranging methods of candidate attraction are implemented including but not limited to; CV Library, Total Jobs, Linked In, NQT and Career Fairs.- To contact online applications within 24 hours of initial contact and build relationships with candidates prior to candidate being placed and update keep detailed records. - To maintain weekly contact with candidates until the point of them being cleared to work.- To maximise Celsians potential by passing on leads to colleagues and actively promoting all the services Celsian has to offerCelsian Education are able to offer the successful candidate: - £20 bonus for every sourced and cleared candidate - branch target is 5 per week - Excellent training proved by our learning and development team as well as 121 by Branch Manager - £130 monthly bonus when branch achieves target - Fantastic career progression with a clear career path- 30 days holiday package plus your birthday off The ideal applicant should have: - Strong level of customer care- Strong administrative skills - Team player- Strong verbal and written communication- Enthusiastic, passion and drive- Hard working - Ability to multi task- Able to prioritise own time and work to deadlines- Good organisational skills- Good computer skillsThe tasks and responsibilities shown above are not exhaustive but should merely be regarded as a guide.
