Celsian Education are seeking dedicated and passionate Cover Supervisors to assist with cover teaching arrangements across all subject areas for KS3 and KS4. Previous experience of cover supervision is desirable yet not essential, we will consider outstanding candidates with no previous experience if potential is apparent.

This role would be ideal for those either going into a career of Teaching and wishing to get experience, but also for those considering Teaching and wanting an insight into the profession. There are opportunities to work either full or part time, fitting the post around existing jobs or courses.

Role requirements: · A positive and passionate approach to the learning and development of students· A current enhanced DBS check, or the willingness to obtain a new one in order to work· A dedication to the safeguarding of children· Excellent behaviour management and organisation skills· The ability to work well within a team and be able to handover to the teacher effectively.
