Exciting Opportunity Unique Setting A School in Derbyshire are looking to appoint several experienced Challenging Behaviour Specialist. This Good city school has excellent facilities such as sporting and ICT facilities. The school offer excellent CPD opportunities such as additional training and optional twilight sessions. You have experience in dealing with Challenging Behaviour, as well as SEMH and EBD issues with students. You do not have to be highly experienced, just the right set of skills to be able to support and assist students.The school has a separate, high spec and secure unit attached to the mainstream school whose primary goal is to keep students in mainstream education, protect students from exclusion and aims to improve behaviour with the purpose of reintegrating students into the main school site.On a day to day basis you will:Co-ordinate and deliver an effective alternative provision for students whoare at risk of permanent exclusion, between the ages of 11-16;Contribute to LeadershipTeam, the values of the school, long term strategic planning and school improvementHelp create and have a strong commitment to a clear vision for an effective schoolTo apply respond by clicking Apply Nowor Call Rachel at Celsian 01332 291 723
