Celsian Education are recruiting for Learning Support Assistants with SEMH experience to join a number of secondary school SEN Departments for the new academic year 2019 / 2020.Working within secondary schools in Birmingham, Solihull, Sandwell, Dudley, Walsall, Wolverhampton, Staffordshire, Shropshire, Worcestershire area'sOur schools are seeking specialists with experience in SEMH, with a good track record of dealing with challenging behaviours and proven behaviour management skills, to work with pupils in KS3 and KS4. As a Learning support assistant, you will be required to work on a full time basis within mainstream secondary Schools. You will be supporting children with behavioural and mental health difficulties within a classroom setting either on a one to one or small group basis. Ideally you will be trained in Team Teach and have experience in PRUs or similar placements.
