SEMH Teaching Assistant required in a primary school in Oldham from 2nd May until the end of the academic year.
This school has requested a level 3 teaching assistant who has recent experience of working with a child or children with SEMH to join them. The role will be full time and you will be working 1:1 with a pupil who has Social, Emotional Behavioural Issues as well as Mental Health.
The role will require the successful candidate to have a good understanding of SEMH and the Autism Spectrum as well as have a genuine understanding and compassion to the pupil and their needs and abilities.
