Are you a caring Level 3 Teaching Assistant who is looking to join a supportive Primary School in the Rotherham area?

We are currently working in partnership with a high energy Primary School to recruit a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join their driven team. This schools daily aim is to ensure that pupils are encouraged and have the best possible access to learning they can provide.

This floating teaching assistant role has been created to ensure each class teacher will always have the ability to deliver a smoothly run lesson to pupils. You will be expected to work alongside various class teachers to enhance learning in a variety of classrooms by working in full classes as well as small groups, even on a 121 basis where necessary. This not only bring variety by working in different classes, but also a fresh challenge so you will never feel the monotony that a daily routine can bring.
