Graduate Cover Supervisors/Trainee Teachers - Droitwich and surrounding areasHave a degree? ·Thinking about a career in education or teaching? We currently have a number of short to medium term temporary Cover posts available - including roles within schools that are located within a easy travelling distance of Bromsgrove, Redditch, Alvchurch and South Birmingham areasThe role will include:Support learning in the classroomHelp pupils in their research and revision Manage study & homework sessions Scaffold classroom learning and extend upon teachers lessons Report progress to teaching team and monitor data Full time role paying £350 per week Person Specification - Graduate Teaching Assistant - Academic Mentor - Cover SupervisorThe post available would suit a Graduate with experience of working with young people either as a volunteer, Youth Worker, or, Teaching Assistant. However even if you do not have this experience but want to get into teaching then we want to hear from you.You have a passion for supporting people and assisting young people access the best education. You have the chance to do something really exciting and different to help you take your first steps into your teaching career.This role will give you valuable classroom experience if you wish to apply for a teacher training course or postgrad.
