Celsian Education are working closely with a demanding yet supportive primary school in Derby city, who are seeking a KS2 teaching assistant to work with children with challenging behaviour - from May 2018.

This active and stimulating environment, set in the heart of Derby city, offer challenging yet rewarding opportunities. The school boasts an ethnically diverse mix of children who are keen to learn. As such, the head teacher is keen to appoint a qualified and experienced KS2 teaching assistant who has a wide range of experiences supporting children with challenging behaviour. The school involved currently has a comprehensive support system in place but need additional support who can offer the KS2 team their experience and understanding.

This welcoming and supportive school strongly believe that school is a partnership between children, parents, teachers and support staff, and Governors, and that by working together they can enable and motivate children to succeed in all areas of development.
