At Celsian Education we are looking for an outstanding, experienced Year 6 Teacher to work part time in one of our good schools in Leeds.

The school have asked for an exceptional, QTS qualified teacher to work every Thursday and Friday for the whole summer term, starting as soon as possible. Situated in South Leeds, the school is a supportive and welcoming working environment.

If you are looking for part time work to fit around prior commitments such as childcare or another job, this role is particularly suited to you.

The school have requested someone who has previous experience of working with a Year 6 class on the run up to their SATS and someone who is able to provide the support and knowledge that is needed throughout.

You must be dedicated and passionate about the learning and development of children, as well as able to inspire them to take a positive and willing approach to learning.

Qualified Teacher Status is essential for this role, as well as some previous experience. The pay is to scale at £110-£168 (experience dependant) per day.

The school, as well as ourselves, are committed to the safeguarding of children. Therefore, an enhanced DBS check that has either been done within the last year or is on the update service is required. If you do not currently have a DBS the willingness to apply for one through ourselves is crucial.
