Do you have any experience of dealing effectively with pupils who display challenging behaviour?Are you passionate about supporting young people with social, emotional and mental health issues? Ensuring that they receive the support and care that they need. At Celsian Education we are currently looking for candidates to work within a setting devoted to supporting and educating pupils who display challenging behaviours. The roles are based in various SEN settings across Leeds and at the minute we can offer day to day work for those needing flexibility or full time roles.You would be expected to feel confident working in both a classroom support and one to one setting. The ideal candidate would have a confident, reassuring and positive demeanour, understanding that many of these children may have mental health issues or difficult circumstances that can have a key influence on their behaviour or emotional state and therefore their learning.Relevant experience in a similar setting or dealing with students with special needs would be beneficial but applications from strong candidates lacking in experience are also welcomed.
