Progress Maths and English Intervention year 7 and 11Here at Celsian we have a huge demand for unqualified teachers, tutors and TA's that are available to support students in intervention sessions.The students often have SEND, EBD and or SEMH. Proven experience in working with such young people is essential. Due to the nature of the intervention work, experience with developing English and Maths would be advantageous. Additional skills, such as proven phonics expertise or EAL support would be extremely favourable. The function of these groups is to intervene and support students get up to speed in preparation for end of year exams. The young people will be in small groups between 2-8 This position would be suitable for anyone who has a range of experience working in developing young peoples understanding rapidly and effectively.
