You must be a resilient role model and a quick learner. This is a perfect position for someone who is applying for a PGCE in the near future and would like to develop their skills. This exciting role is starting as soon as possible, and will run right through until July 2018 with a chance of a schools direct contract. You will also have the opportunity to deliver vital intervention sessions for pupils who are struggling in core subject areas.
