Celsian Education are seeking all recent graduates looking for work within Education and who are looking to build a career in Mainstream Secondary Schools. A demand for graduates in the Manchester and Tameside area is currently available for both long term requirements and day 2 day assistance with Secondary schools. The roles will be specialist Cover Supervisors within the following areas: - English Graduates - Maths Graduates- Science Graduate- Humanities Graduates For candidates applying with no education experience Celsian Education are able to provide Cover Supervisor training through their CPD Programme. To be considered for these types of roles candidates should - Able to offer flexibility and be able to adapt to a wide range of educational scenarios- Have the right temperament as behaviour in many schools can be quite challenging- The ability to quickly build relationships with pupils and staff to make a positive impact quickly - Have a passion to build a career within education- Be qualified to degree level and experience in a school environment would be desirable Candidates will be offered a range of negotiable pay rates of £50-£75 depending on experience.
