At Celsian Education we are currently looking for teaching and support assistants to work within special needs settings across Leeds, supporting children who have individual requirements.

We are looking for caring, understanding candidates who possess the following:

· Excellent communication skills · The capability to deal effectively with challenging behaviour and dissolve any issues as promptly as possible. · Patience and the understanding that each child will have unique needs and requirements· Creativity and the ability to engage the students, creating a stimulating environment.

Experience and relevant qualifications are beneficial, but outstanding candidates lacking in experience will also be considered. Celsian Education can offer relevant training courses to help to enhance your skill set within this sector.

We can offer full or part time work at present, fitting around any commitments you may already have such as childcare or university.

Successful applicants will be subject to an enhanced DBS check and relevant safeguarding training.
