School Office Administrator!

Your new schoolA lovely primary school located in the heart of Leeds is currently looking for a friendly and passionate receptionist to be the front-face of their school. This bustling primary school is located in the centre of the community and has a caring and ambitious culture which supports its staff in encouraging all pupils to help them achieve their full potential.The role is full-time, term time only starting as soon as possible and is expected to be up until July 2018. Your new roleYou will be working on reception the main responsibilities will be to greet all visitors, such as parents and external suppliers and then efficiently deal with any requirements that they may have, you will be tasked with signing them in and making sure that they are given the correct badges. You will also be responsible for a variety of clerical duties including answering the phone, filing, photocopying and printing. In the mornings, you will also be recording attendance using SIMS and updating pupil data.What you'll need to succeedYou will need to have relevant experience of working within a school office and the more recent the experience the better, you will need to have experience using SIMS as this is necessary for this role. Excellent administration skills will also be required such as good use of Microsoft Office packages.
