Are you a passionate Teaching Assistant that has experience in supporting pupils on the Autism Spectrum?

Celsian Education is working exclusively with a specialist school in South Yorkshire to recruit enthusiastic Support Assistants to enable ASD pupils in accessing the best quality education possible.

Our school is renowned for giving excellent support to staff as they understand that working with Autism can be challenging but are deeply rewarding. Experience with autism is essential.

The successful candidate will need to meet the following criteria:

- Experience of working with children with high dependency and severe learning disabilities

- Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualified

- Have empathy, patience and the drive to make a difference

- Capability to manage confrontation and challenging behaviour or complex learning difficulties

- An observant and responsive approach

- A positive, energetic and enthusiastic attitude.
