Celsian Education has been approached by an Ofsted 'Good' Primary School in Derby city, which prides itself on its values and strives to provide the best education for every child, regardless of circumstance. The school is looking for an SEND Teaching Assistant to join their friendly team on a long term temporary basis, starting in September 2018.

The school has 2 roles available! The roles will be supporting a child in Year 4 with Autism, every morning Monday - Friday. This is a great opportunity for someone who would like to work on a part time/half day basis.

A successful applicant will have previous experience with SEN. Working with Autism requires a caring nature, we are looking for positive, calm and approachable individuals with good communication skills.

Previous experience with ASC/ASC, along with strong behaviour management skills is desirable. Most importantly you will need to be intuitive, flexible and hardworking.
