We work with in partnership with a number of Primary Schools in Dudley who are now seeking Primary Intervention Teachers in either Key Stage One or Key Stage Two.

If you are a Qualified Primary Teacher and you have experience in teaching lower ability groups and have made good progress with the children, Could you be interested in working in a school in Dudley part or full time The role of the Intervention Teacher / PPA Teacher will be to improve pupils' learning in either KS1 or KS2. The schools requires the Intervention Teacher / PPA Teacher to have extensive curriculum knowledge and experience in a similar role. The successful Intervention Teacher / PPA Teacher will have experience teaching KS1 or KS2, experience working with lower ability groups and excellent classroom and behaviour management.

Initially you will be required to work on a contract basis which will end at the end of the academic year. This will give you the chance to further bolster your classroom experience with the school potentially offering a schools direct / permanent placement.

The core duties of this Intervention Teacher role are:

-To provide a high quality educational experience for all children by leading learning in School, developing consistent practice in teaching and learning and ensuring that children achieve the highest standards of attainment and achievement. Children are expected to make rapid and sustained progress.

-To teach differentiated lessons to small groups of identified children with a range of additional needs, regularly liaising with class teachers to provide feedback and aid progress -The teacher will contribute to the schools strategic planning documentation (SIP), supporting the ethos, aims and vision of the school

-The teacher would also be responsible for covering for class teacher PPA across different year groups Teachers will be supported to:

-Adapt to changing demographics and environments

-Facilitate and lead outstanding learning opportunities and experiences for children
