We are looking to appoint a French & Spanish teacher to maintain a high standard of teaching, inspire the students and continue to drive up performance within a Birmingham based secondary school. This 11-19 'Outstanding' Ofsted rated school provides high quality teaching and learning in a modern environment and boasts 74% of Year 13 students gained grade C's or above at A Level and at least 70% of Year 11 gained at least grade C's or above in English and Mathematics. In fact, their students have bucked the national trend by posting significantly improved results once again this year. This is a great opportunity to work within a school where students achieve well and to become part of a supportive team of determined leaders and governors to continue to raise standards in the teaching, behaviour and achievements. You will need to be resourceful and innovative in your teaching approach and be able to teaching all aspects of French and Spanish at KS3 and 4.
