Are you a Primary School Teacher who has experience working in small intervention groups? If so then we would be very excited to hear from you.

This post is only suited to experienced teachers with solid behaviour management and the ability to teach across all year groups in Key Stage 2. As a serious role, they commit ongoing support and development to the post to ensure that their PPA teachers are as effective teachers as possible. Although there is no planning involved in this post, unless you would like to be involved that is, all the other duties involved in teaching, including marking are required.

Attributes of the ideal candidate for this KS2 / Intervention Teacher: -It is essential that you demonstrate up-to-date knowledge of teaching, learning and behaviour strategies, and have a thorough understanding of the Key Stage 2 National Curriculum, with excellent subject knowledge in Numeracy and Literacy. -Experience delivering intervention group sessions is desirable, and ideally you will have at least 2 years' experience teaching in Year 6. SATs booster session experience is also highly desirable.
