Are you an SEND Teacher who holds current UK QTS or Degree with teaching experience? Can you fully engage with Primary and Secondary age students with severe challenging behaviour? Have you worked with children and young adults with S/MLD and autism?This is an amazing opportunity to extend your SEN experience in a supportive school and in a creative and inclusive environment. I want to ensure that my candidates are finding the right roles that they can progress their career in.The right SEND Teacher will have the following:- Qualified Teacher Status, 1-2 years previous recent SEND experience- Must be committed to full time work, ideally working 5 days a week. - Adapting tasks to meet the needs of individual children- Effective behaviour management skills for mild/ severe behaviour.- Able to plan and prepare exciting and engaging lessons to capture the whole class.
