I am seeking 2 very driven, experienced and confident LSA's to join our Celsian family. I have a fantastic school located in Walsall who are seeking just that!

The unit we are working with cater for challenging children aged between 4 - 11 who have been excluded from mainstream education. Working within an SEMH school requires someone to be able to identify sudden changes in attitude and overall behaviour of students. You must have strong behaviour management. It is therefore important to ensure that a clear boundary is set between yourself and the students. All candidates will be required to have: · A minimum of 1 year experience with extremely challenging behaviours. · Team Teach trained dated within the last year - Imperative · Enhanced DBS check / registered on the update service - Imperative· You need to supply two years of referencing. · Degree qualifications would be ideal, however you may hold an NVQ Level 3 with 2 years prior experience in Education.

These positions will start immediately: 16th (Monday) of September, long term 5 days a week, at least until December! Perm will also be considered. Please note, you HAVE to hold a valid Team Teach certificate.

Contact Owen Phillips in your local Birmingham branch to get you started ASAP!
