We are looking for a Teaching Assistant to work within a friendly primary school located in WalsallYou will be assisting the class teacher by helping with individual work and group work. The Role As a Teaching Assistant you will be expected to work effectively with both teaching and support staff at all levels as well as with parents/carers, students and external agencies. You will be supporting the class teacher to ensure the pupils are working towards their learning objectives for each subject. To support lower ability pupils and help raise their attainment and learning levels to improve their standards. You will ensure that all safeguarding and pastoral care duties are carried out and adhered to. The Ideal Candidate
- Have experience working in a primary school
- Ability to form good working relationships with students, parents/carers and colleagues

- Good oral and written communication skills
- Good organisational and time management skills and the ability to work under pressure
