Are you a dedicated practitioner with prior classroom experience working as a TA, LSA or Learning Mentor?Have you gained experience within the special needs sector over the past 2 years?Celsian Education Birmingham are currently seeking compassionate SEND teaching assistants who will contribute to the further development of students working on a 1:1 basis and in small group sessions, with students who find it difficult to stay focused and can often display challenging behaviour. In most circumstances you will be working alongside students with complex needs, severe learning difficulties, including autism, and pupils with profound and multiple learning difficulties.· School locations covering Dudley and Stourbridge· Positions to be starting JanuaryI am keen to speak with practitioners who have the ability to display levels of confidence and enthusiasm that will ensure pupils are fully engaged in their lessons.
